Metro Maintenance , Dallas Complete Windows Lousy window-washing job, damaged shrubs, won't stop calling. Richardson, Texas
Metro Maintenance is a window-washing company. They called and said they would be "in the neighborhood." We agreed to let them wash all our windows for $99.00 on July 6, 2009. They did a poor job. Windows were streaked and looked worse than before.
We called and asked for a rewash. They came out and rewashed the streaked windows but in the process damaged numerous shrubs that could've been avoid. We let them go and didn't want to see them again.
A few months later, Metro called and said they would be "in the neighborhood" again. We told them we didn't like their work, that they damaged our shrubs and not to call us again. Since then, they have called regularly every two months. Each time, we have told them not to contact us again. Each time they say they will take our name off the list. Each time they call back two months later.
They call without revealing their number on our caller I-D. They call without revealing the name of the company. They call without ever knowing that their work was lousy, that it damaged our landscape and that we asked not to be contacted again.
They are obviously incompetent, and I suspect shady. They do not belong to the Better Business Bureau, have no website and obviously no customer service. Avoid them at all cost.
