Beware!!! Mortgage and Real Estate companies.

METRO MARKETING, A LEAD BASED COMPANY promises to provide you with mini-1003's. Depending on the amount of names you purchase.

They assure you that if you don't convert at least 1% they will refund you your money. Of course its complete lies. They do everything but what they claim.

What it appears that their doing is obtaining Farm Lists from the Title companies, (which we all know is free), and then selling the names to you.

Everyone you call on their applications they send you, have never heard of them, or the information provided is totally bogus.

We offered to have the company actually listen to some calls we were making on the applications they sent us. They wouldn't do it. They also would not give the refund, or return the phone calls. CHRISTINA GALENTRO, CORPORATE SALES MANAGER....remember the name.
