I purchased two twin lift beds with the matress ,the one was ok ,other from day one would not hold matress and kept poping bottom retainer off these were my cost around 7000 ,called the next day after delivery told salesman there was an issue ,gave me a runaround of what to do ,nothing worked ,meanwhile my wife noticed the leg on the frame was bent outward ,called back talked to another person ,basically told me there was nothing he could do ,but he would call me back ,never got a call ,wrote to them several times ,received no response ,customer service here does not exsist
