I PURCHASED MY PHONE BRAND NEW, ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE. THE SCREEN WENT BLANK AND I COULD NOT RECIEVE ANY RECEPTION. I CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER. I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT THE PHONE I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE. I PAYED FOR INSURANCE FOR THE PHONE AND WHEN I LEFT TOWN TO TAKE CARE OF MY DAUGHTER, WHEN I RETURNED AND ASKED THEM TO TURN MY PHONE BACK ON. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT USE MY INSURANCE BECAUSE THE PHONE IS USED. I TOLD THEM THAT I GOT THE PHONE BRAND NEW THEY SAID THAT ONCE YOU TURN YOUR PHONE OFF AND BACK ON IT IS CONCIDERED A USED PHONE.

SO I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER AND I PAIED FOR INSURANCE FOR NOTHING. IT WAS NOTHING I DID FOR THE PHONE TO JUST GO OUT, I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE CENTER THE PHONE I HAD WAS DEFECTIVE.
