Complaint Review: Metro pcs

Metro pcs I paid my bill on 9-6 for this month service. My card was charged but phone payment not registered. On 9-14 I went back and the store personally falsified my transactions which ended with them not returning the $6. entitled back but shortened my days of service by two weeks. No help from store or customer service. Columbus Georgia

 I paid my bill for current month on 9-06 by debit card. I also had lookout canceled. The company was never notified of payment. They stopped my service requesting $50. payment. I returned to store on 9-14 to have account straightened. Sales men said they would fix matter. My phone worked before I left and I thought I had been credited.

My receipt shows they entered a payment of $53. that was due and my service runs out on same day as always. I made no payment that day and I was cheated out of my service and refund. The store and customer service don't even want to help at all! This is my second rip off from them in two months!
