metro pcs metro pcs refused to give me the service code and network codes to unlock two cell phones i had to purchase two new cellphones so my new carrier consumer cellular can come through this cost me $175.00.  Nationwide

metro pcs made myself and family run around to several cooperate offices.

my name is stacey e. iam filing a complaint against cell phone carrier metro pcs.i purchased two samsung galaxy cell phones for myself and my son. we haven't used metro pcs in over a year. i decided to switch over to a new carrier consumer cellular.in order for me to use my new cell phone carrier i needed metro pcs to provide me with the service and network codes. metro pcs refused to provide me the unlock codes. i was told to visit the cooperate offices. when i visited the cooperate offices the cooperate offices stated tthey are unable to provide me the unlock codes. i would have to contact the customer serviceat 888 863-8768. customer service told me to goback to the cooperate offices. i was bouncing back and forth. finally i was told to call my phone carrier which is samsung galaxy . i contacted samsung galaxy i spoke to two people who had me in a three way conference with metro pcs .samsung galaxy also stated they do not provide unlock codes.samsung galaxy employees who witnesses this matter are mrs ashley and mr.timothy.samsung galaxy telephone number is 888 987-4357. my reference number with samsung galaxy is 2137774694.metro pcs is a very dishonest cell phone carrier. i am requesting a reimbursement. i had to purchase two new cellphones with my new phone carrier consumer cellular.this cost me $175.00.
