METRO PCS Rip Off, Bad customer service, Steal your money, Crappy phones, horrible policy, NO EXCHANGE! Over charged New York, New York

Went to a Metro PCs Store located in the Bronx at 1541 Westchester AVE. Was sold a crappy phone. Sales person provided every info about the phone but somehow forgot to mention what the phone could not be used for more than one hour if one were to exchange it. My problem with this is that it's unrealistic. Obviously, a person will speak more than an hour on an unlimited plan. Especially, if one needed time to see if they like the phone or not. Every other phone company allows you to return or exchange the phone within 14 days of purchase. I was willing to pay the difference for another phone, however, the manager wasn't cooperative. Instead he offered a cheaper phone, and to top it off wanted me to pay and extra $30. When I called the corporate office to complain, they explained its the store policy and that there's nothing they can do about it. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING METRO PCS, STAY AWAY!!!!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT! THE PHONES ARE CHEAP AND OF POOR QUALITY! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. YOU DON'T GET ENOUGH SERVICE. AT THE END, you'll get stuck with an over priced phone and no service.. good luck!
