Complaint Review: metro pcs

I went to the Metro Pcs store in our local Edison Mall.  I told them I had seen a cell phone that had the capibility to get almost as much as any laptop computer.  I said my friend put cbs.com into her cell phone clicked "shows" and brought up a tv show and watched it on her phone.  The girl at Metro told me they have a phone that does exactly that because it is a windows mobile phone and it was called Samsung Code.  She actually got it started for me and she put on youtube and it was a little choppy but a video came right up.  She said it would do alot better at my house because we were inside the mall.  I got it home and can't get on any internet site that has video.  Youtube tells me my browser is out of date download a modern browser.  Since then I have been to several Metro Pcs in town and they all seem to be trained to stare at you with a dumbfounded look until you just give up and go away.  Finally I went to the main Metro office and just plain got laughed at.  I was told some place's will tell you anything to sell you a phone and I will never have youtube or any other video on this phone.  The manager of the central office said Metro Pcs is too weak to support any video and I was just plain lied to by the seller.  I paid 300.00 to get this phone and the first month's service and now I am told I could have bought their cheapest phone and got the same thing.  It took me several months to save the money to buy one of these "smart phone's" and I feel like I wasted it all because this salesclerk sold me a service that didn't even exsist.
