We bought a phone on Monday, May 27 2013. we did not open the phone and wanted to exchange it for a different phone. We went to a different metro pcs phone on friday, may 31 2013. they told us to return to the original point of purchase. we tried to return to the original store on sunday June 2,2013. it was closed by the time we arrived. We returned on Monday, June 3 2013. The store refused to exchange the phone, claiming that the 7 days return policy had elapsed. The phone was purchased at 7pm, technically the 7 days had not elapsed yet. The saleslady told us to throw the phone away and purchase a new one. is that honnest business practice?
