I have been to this store a total of two times...with the hopes of buying a phone....there is a scumbag witch who works there....who is one of the most incmopetent people you can meet....a sales person...who has no care or interest for customers...treats them terribly...is rude obnoxious and stupid...she is a complete miscreant and it is shocking that she is generally the only troll workign here....does not speak good english has no customer service skills....this troll made my mother get off the phone....while she was asking questions and trying to buy a phone from them..she literally said "ok we need this phone line open for other customers"....20 mins prior to closing with no one around or calling in...

this is a sales person with people there trying to purchase a phone?..she makes you repeat a phone number 10 times claiming she can't 'hear you'....but can hear you whisper a question feet away....she is an incompetent sick nutjob and so rude and pathetic...I even called to try to talk to her manager...and she claims "she doesn't know when he comes in"...she is so incompetent it is a nightmare... i dont understand how no IQ uneducated foreigners who can't speak english treat others as if 'they're' the ones who are stupid in some form....

I have beentrying to geta hold of her manager in order to report this wench who seems to run the store in some form almost... will not treat customers like human beings....is the rudest most illiterate loser you can almost meet....and wont even care to sell phones to peopel who need them.....I also wentto another store nearby on E colonial drive where rude gay males were working there...with all their friends around....extremely rude and nasty to customers as well...condescending arrogant and refuse to help people out....make customres feel like garbage basically....and are just so mean....

this is by far one of the worst companies out there with regards to phone service it seems and customer service....the jerks they hire in their stores....are so nasty and mean....it is almost shocking....stay far away from metro pcs in every aspect possible....it is impossible to even report horrendous service in their cell phone stores which all seem to be run by incompetents and idiots...

how ironic that liars stalkers and pests....are attempting to call people
posting reports....those 'up to antics'...what a horrible twisted group of
mentally deranged sociopaths u can find on "ripoff report".... you're
the low lifes....with fraudulent statements, lies and slanders....
you also must have absolutely no ethics or morals that you lie
about people or anyone reporting anywhere, stalk them incessantly,
have no remorse for your nonsense... and are probably jsut trying
to get attention and destroy their credibility as well... wht a group
of disturbed nutjobs you have on this website....robert, laurie, john
and another few number of losers with no lives who sit on rip off report
hounding posters... I hope people keep reporting and reporting injustice
mistreatment....and the mistreatment and abuse of the jobless
psychopaths/stalkers who sit at home harassing users and psoters here...
I thikn these people either have low IQ's or are just abusers who get off
on trying to bring people down espceially those who'ev been ripped off

This sounds at least like a terrible way to treat a potential customer and at worst a horrendous abuse of your rights.

You should skip the managers and contact the owners of these stores. Also, call the corporate offices of Metro Pcs.
It's possible someone there actually cares about serving a customer in a civil non-arrogant humane manner.

If I were to visit an establishment to purchase their product, I don't think it's at all unreasonable to use their phone.
Last week I had the exact same problem when I went to the bank for a money order and made a brief call from the lobby area.

The illmannered psycho caucasian female bank agent 'whose phone I used' was all the way across the lobby helping someone and couldn't have got to her desk even if the phone did ring!
AND I made a brief important call that took liek no time at all and they should let a customer make a phone call instead of drivign all the way across town just to fill out an application when I could do it in literally a couple of minutes over the phone that their not even using right then.

And if they "cant hear" you then maybe they should maybe stop being so rude and pay attention to a customer and listen up closer or learn english cause maybe that's just an excuse to stall you while they try to figure out what you said.

I hope you can get some satisfaction from this obviously racist company that employs such low class trash low lifes.

this is insane....this website is for people to report complaints and bad service
but there are these stalking psychopaths like john and laurie and liars/slanderers
