This is the worst criminal company in the phone business. I recently began service with Metro PCS, ordering 2 phone lines. After one month, I wanted to drop one of my phone lines, and get a lower priced plan on the other line. When I called to make this change, Metro PCS wanted a password. I had no idea what that was. They then insisted without a passcode that I would not be able to drop a phone line or get a lower rate. They asked me my secret question, and I gave them the correct answer, and they told me it was not what they had. I informed them that their rep put it into the computer when I started my service, and if they put it in wrong it was not my fault. The representative insisted that I would have to pay 90 dollars for 2 lines if I wanted to keep my phone number. I only wanted one line for 30 but they would not let me change. I am only trying to pay my bill, why do I have to go through heavy security clearance to pay my bill, on top of that they are going to charge me 3.00 to pay my bill. Please investigate this corrupt company thank you.
