This company is a lie. I know previous agent's that have worked with MRG, and this company cannot run it's finances in any reasonable manner. They have bounced numerous checks, including mine, they spend money and apparently commingle funds. I had to wait for three weeks while they were waiting to get more money from somewhere, while the money that was supposed to go to me was where? I am an agent, and they owed me a referral fee, and Travis said that it was in the mail. A week later I received it, and than it bounced. It took a month to get paid.

 

There are numerous other companies that you can work with to find renter's for your property and have it managed. Travis Senenfelder is a liar, and he will tell you anything you need to hear in order to have you give him your business. STAY AWAY! 



I have talked with other home owners who have been scammed by this company, they claim to be the largest leasing company in MN, but their inventory is less that numerous other companies. I've heard that MRG is affiliated with the Downtown Resource Group, and I'm surprised that they would allow themselves to be affiliated with Travis and MRG.

Potential Consumers,

I will not waste much time here commenting on the allegations in which have been placed here on the Ripoff Report for as you will be able to see for yourself, in reference to the last two posts placed here, that a person or competitor has a very personal issue with either the Metro Resource Group and myself, Travis Senenfelder. Because of this that individual or company has decided that they deliberately were going to go out of their way to slander both MRG and myself.

I am a Real Estate Sales and Leasing Professional here in the state of MN and work very hard in not only helping clients buy and sell but also lease single family homes and town homes here in MN.
