Complaint Review: Metro Roofing Repair

Metro Roofing was paid in 4-12-04 to replace both roofs on this house and garage due to everyone else in the Tulsa Oklahoma Housing having to repair their home roofs due to Hail Damage 11-18-03 my Mother paid for the work to be done and it had a 5 year warranty after they had finished theirwork I started having roof water leaks that damages over head ceiling tiles,as I pulled the over head ceiling tiles to replace I got roof shingle grit in my face,eyes,and hair. I went out to check my white 4 door oldsmobile and it was competely covered with roof shingle grit,

I noticed there were spaces between the wooden planks that go straight across the entire house roof and garage,they were using male mexicans as labor that could not speak english.I called and complain to Frank Nichols Cell: 918-282-6717 2121 South 125th East Ave. Ste.109 to complain and he came up with some excuse for the roof shingle grit ending up in my face,eyes,and hair but my mother was the home owner and she excepted his excuse against my complaints since she lived in Talequah which is 66 miles from her she could not just up and  come to tulsa to look at the open spaces between each wooden plank and they were not placed close together,

no cracked or broken wooden planks were replaced because I was here the entire time the do their fantastic roofing repair job,the next dates having to replace outy of my pocket and Mom deducted it from the Monthly Rent I owed her every month I had to replace the overhead ceiling tiles right under the roof-nothing else covered them until I even used Clear Plastic rolled out carefully then cutting with a sharp pair of scissors then using a staple gun put staples in the middle of each replacement tile to make it waterproof since they are not waterproof or made that way either:

I had to replace the over head ceiling tiles on the following dates and as well called to notify Metro Roofing to return to repair the roof correctly and did not do anything at all, 4-1-09 $ 20.00 4-12-09 ZMom Paid me back for a complete box for $ 40.00 I also had put out out of my own pocket $ 120.00 at $ 40.00 per whole box of over head ceiling tiles,one time they sent a Mexican Male to get on the roof and caulk where the flash was not done properly at all it was not redone just used caulking,another time a mexican was sent again to get on the roof and caulk different spots on the roof plus I was told that they were in the Tulsa Area doing Roofing Repairs show him the damage and he will enform them of the roofing damages to the over head ceiling tiles and if proven will send someone back with him to replace all the water damaged tile-They did not keep their word.

Another complaint during to 5 yr.warranty work I was advised by Frank Nichols that they would send a crew by to fix all the water leaks with by caulking them and replacing all the wat damaged over head ceiling tiles-again they did not keep their word. My Mother made a special trip to Tulsa to Verify what I had been calling over and her taking the replacement ceiling tiles of the rent,the sheet rock ceiling in the kitchen has lines through the paper thusly showing water damage,if it breaks open you have to replace the entire kitchen sheet rock and if it gets mold over it it will smell bad causing again sheet rock replacement by Metro Roofing Mom gave me permission to act on her behalf at this time,

Feb 26,2009 Complained about over head ceiling panel damage due to water leaks Frank Nichol and Steve came to this home and inspected the damage Frank stated: Because of the collection of snow and ice on the roof since it is melting it has created a thin enough space between the Shingles to permit water leaks to occur and its normal wear and he stated that they were going around Tulsa telling the customers who have complained over their bad roofing repair the ,"Same Story," I have had drafting in High School-Gotten straight A's and Cad at NSU and graduated from NSU with a BA in Atr with minors in German And Education and I am not stupid.

Since the roof is again starting to have water leak damages again to the over head ceiling tiles and the plastic covering protected some of the panels but water did make it through openning in the thin pastic and since I was smoking the water rings show up real good.I have spoke to Tamara 918-492-6222 after Frank stated to me over the telephone she is in Oklahoma City and the phone number rolls over like it is a local phone number and does not cost to call her-I went along with his made up story-and I almost stated,"Give me a break you Moron,quit B.Sing Me." When I called Tamara even she made up her little LIES-

Frank and Steve left the Company and used as their Business Name Metro Roofing and she did not like that and could not stop them from using her companies name, he was a once employee of the company and left with Metro Roofing Forms with out her knowledge, Frank Nichols stated to me that him and his buddy Steve had being doing a lot of replacement roof repairs that Metro Roofing did a BAD JOB in their Repairs-I have never had to put on my hip waders because of all the B.S they were trying to feed me.I took computer pictures and sent them to Tamara plus a new roofing claim has been submitted to USAA McPride Roofing stated to me as well as wrote a ststement agreeable with USAA that it was the worst roofing repair job he had ever seen since he has been replacing roofing damages,

Tamara is as well been notified of that,I called this past Sunday and Steve answered the telephone,he stated that I made no complaints in that 5 yr. period which I corrected him,he wanted me to call back Monday since Tamara was in Church I stated no I wanted to know what she had deceided and he stated to contact his LAWYER,I being more mature replied,"I'll notify the NEWS MEDIA."Frank Nichols I tried to speak with today and he stated over the telephone that he didn't speak to ,"A**holes," and hung up on me.I called back and Stated,"Takes One to know on," and I hung up.
