Complaint Review: Metro Tech aviation career Center director Pete Lee

I attended Metro Tech Aviation Career Center back in Aug 1993 to March of 1995, failing the electrical section under the instructor Mike Mooreland, with his 70% fail rate for his class, and was unbeknownst to me at the time, was fired a few years later for making his class requirements to hard of a curriculum to pass. Which in turn gave all failing students free tuition for the electrical portion, I was never notified of this & paid full tuition to retake this course in 2013. I was determined to work in aviation, & went on to have a successful career, working all over the world. It was becoming harder to obtain a job without the required aviation licenses, so in 2013 I came back and made up the time successfully completing the requirements with all money's paid, but the former director in place Pete Lee would not give me a completion certificate at this time, because of some 90% Metro Tech rule of testing before taking FAA certified exams. (which could be waved anytime at directors disposal) under my past wronged Mike Mooreland circumstances, I thought the director would take these unjust circumstances into consideration, seeing as I still paid for these make-up classes after 18yrs of time inbetween, & he wouldn't for some unknown reason. I went on and received my FAA A&P licence in the same month in 2013. And since then have obtained a AS in Aviation Maintenance Technology, AA in Enterprise Development, & will be receiving my bachelor's degree in Business Management with minors in Safety management & Maintenance management Fall 2018.. All I'm asking for is what's rightfully mine that I did the 2000 hour requirements for & paid to money. A original certificate if the aviation maintenance course at metro tech.
