A total Rip-off / scam - They Physically Estimated my 2 Bedroom apartment move for $660 they said its a 6 hour job 3 men and you pack ---- my wife and I packed every thing except advisably the big furniture. the movers were extremely " slow. Unprofessional" they had no tools they used min,they dont know how to disassemble the furniture they took hours just to figure it out. 2 lunch brakes and a smoke brake every 45 minuets and so on... we arrived my new home from Bayonne NJ to Piscataway NJ... we were informed that the moving cost was $5010. I was given an ultimatum of either paying the full amount or they would keep all my belongings hostage.
On calling the police, a deal was made to allow us a few boxes and mattresses on payment of $1000. We, as a family looked forward to moving into our first home. Sadly, and for no fault of ours, what should have been a joyful experience has become a depressing nightmare. A week after our move we are living like refugees and sleeping on the floor.
Our intention is to take this case to civil court. We are reaching to you for help, not only for ourselves but on behalf of all the other customers who have fallen prey to this scam. Please assist us in retrieving our belongings. And take measures to stop such scamming to take place. I am willing for contacting every person that has been scammed by this company to a class action lawsuit case ... please contact me.
