Paid for paging service in advance for one full year and did not get service instead pager service stopped and service provider tried blaming AT&T that there satilite was down for 3 weeks.

Wrong, AT&T had no problems since I had another pager from another company. They now claim to have sent me a refund but have not delivered a copy of check and now sent me to a collection agency in full violation of federal and state laws.

I am also sending a copy of all correspondence to the State of Ohio Attorney General showing proof of their ripoff status. I also believe that this firm has filed for bankruptcy protection against there creditors.

I will correspond to the collection agency in writing certified mail of course and they will now have to provide proof that this bill was not paid and the funds are do and owing. I doubt they have a clue on anything that is going on and they are truly a ripoff company.

Rip-off Report advocates have confirmed that Metrocall has in fact filed for bankruptcy in Ohio and West Virginia in response to the Page Net / Arch Wireless merger.
