Complaint Review: Metropcs

 I have also been the victim of MetroPCS and a debit card payment made through IVR over the phone. When contacting MetroPCS they were able to tell that an individual did make a payment with my debit card information however they could not link in account to the payment unfortunately this is a common issue that needs to be corrected. More security measures should be put in place to make sure the account holder is making a payment especially a reoccurring payments. Disappointed in MetroPCS and the resolution process unfortunately we have to depend on our bank to eat this hopefully they will correct these issues!
