Complaint Review: MetroPCS

MetroPCS I have been with this compny for many years someone used a stolen card after taking my phone to pay the bill and now i don't live in a state where thete is a retsil store to physivally pay my bill i have tried to get this over the phone and online block tsken off my account for eight months and they have done nothing i to the loint where i should be offered free service for a period of time for my troubles you cant pay it online nor over the phone so its a battle monthly to get the bill paid napa Nationwide

 Blocked from online and over the phone bill pay due to my phone being stolen and the individual who took it using stolen cards to pay money on my account I have tried for eight months to get off the black list as they call it and put back on their white list and have been unsuccessful I live in a state where there are no metro pcs stores and its very difficult to get my bill paid it takes a couple days to get it done in to the point where I feel my account should be credited or get free service for a period of time this has gotten out of hand and not been addressed at all they want to register the debit cards I use to my account and I denied that due to the situation at hand already
