Metropcs/SK traders Did not provide the promotional offers. Made MW pay regular price for phones. The promotion was you get a free phone when you add a Line.. They did not ask me for insurance. I got ripped off and they also charged me service fees for nothing. Scammers!! Dalton Georgia
When I entered the store they did not provide me the right information. They were rude and disrespectful to other customers that were I'm the store and to the employee with them. I asked about promotions they said the promotions ended already but had posters up still.. They scammed me into buying 4 phones 2 separate transactions. Offered me no insurance and gave me no details about the plans. They just assumed. I feel betrayed and disappointed with this company I'm very upset about how non professional they are. I will tell everybody who comes my way to switch from Meteopcs to at&t. I will bring Metropcs down!!! Marrisa
