This guy is a transient from Michigan and did time in the federal penatentary for taking cars in on trade not paying them off, forging the title. So the guy trading his car in thought it was paid off and he ended up with two loans, the old car and the new car. The guy that bought the trade in ended up with a loan on a car he didnt even own.
