Metropolitan Accounts Receivable Specialists M.A.R.S INC M.A.R.S Inc has reported on my credit for 5 yrs for something I dont owe. It has affected my future and family. Now, that Im 30, im grown to defend my rights under FCRA, I demand for the accuracy and proof of unethical chrges. My lease was already over and they billed me for $978 for things that werent real. I wont pay for something I dont agree on! Never have never will... Tulsa OK Oklahoma

MARS INC IS A COLLECTION AGENCY THAT HAS AFFECTED MY FAMILIES ALONG W THEIR ABILITY TO SUCCEED IN THE FUTURE, THIS ACCT HAS REPORTED NEGATIVELY ON ALL THE CREDIT BEURAUS. MY LEASE WAS OVER, AND I SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN CHARGED FOR THE COUPLE OF DAYS THAT I WENT OVER, AND ALTHOUGH I PAID A SECURITY DEPOSIT, THEY BILLED ME FOR A TOTAL OF $978. I NEVER DID PAY BECAUSE I DIDNT FEEL LIABLE TO PAY SOMETHING I DIDNT AGREE ON. EVEN THOUGH I CLEANED THE PLACE ENTIRELY AND HAD MY FOUR BOYS HELP ME, THEY HAD THE WILL OF CHARGING ME FOR CARPET $520, TRASH$50, DRIP PANS$20, DISHWASHER $20, STOVE $20, MOP $20, COUNTERTOPS $20, TOLIT AND SINK $20 EACH, PAINT $110, WATER $20 AND MORE, IT WOULD OF BEEN 1078.61, BUT THEY USED MY SEC DEPOSIT FOR SOME,

HOWEVER,I NEVER AGREED ON THE CHARGES AND DIDNT PAY, STILL TILL THIS DAY THEY ARE HAUNTING MY PRESENT! IVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AND TELL THEM THE REAL STORY, AND THY DONT CARE, ALL THEY WILL REDUCE IS $100. SO, I CONTINUE DISPUTING THIS AND ALL I GET IS REINVESTIGATIONS ON AND ON. UNDER FCRA WE ALL DESERVE A LITTLE RESPECT. I EVEN TOLD THEM MY HARDSHIP SITUATION AND LET THEM KNOW HOW IM IN NURSING SCHOOL AND HOW I HAVE A FAMILY AND FINANCIAL SITUATIONS,

THEY DONT CARE AND JUST TELL ME TO CALL BOULDER RIDGE APTS AND WHEN I CALL THEM THEY REFFER ME TO CASE PROPERTIES CUZ THEY DONT HAVE MY RECORDS ANYMORE, WHEN I CALL CASE PROPERTIES THEY IGNORED MY EMAILS THAT I WOULD SENT THEM AND THEY ONLY ANSWERED ONCE RETURNING MY LEASE INFO ANF COPY OF CHARGES, WHEN THAT ISNT WHAT I HAD ASKED, I HAD REQUESTED PHOTOS AND MORE PROOF BECAUSE I DONT AND WILL NEVER AGREE ON WHAT THEY ACCUSED ME OF WHEN I TOOK THE TIME OF CLEANING AND THE CARPET WAS IN PROPER CONDITIONS WHEN I LEFT. I WILL NEVER PAY THEM FOR THE AMT THEY WANT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER AGREE ON THEIR POOR UNETHICAL BUSSINESS!
