I received a check which appeared to be legit in the mail in the amount of $2,994.87 from a company called Heinz North America group. The letter stated that I should call my claim agent of NIC Financial Management Group to finalize my claim. So I did. And at first, I thought this is a scam. I am not that lucky! But the more I talked to this woman the more she made me think it was for real.

She told me I would be contacted by The Publishers ClearingHouse Sweepstakes and they will put in a commercial for my winnings. I was to take this check to my bank, deposit it into my account, and wait for the bank to clear it, withdraw it and send it to this other woman in QB by wireless transfer. Call her back and give her some control # and I would collect my winnings at my doorstep.

It sounded a little crazy, so I decided to look it up on the internet and found the rip-off report website. I new it was too good to be true! But I am so glad I looked into it. She even told me if I didn't transfer this money over, the Heinz company will come after me for the money they sponsored me for. I can't believe some people can try to take advantage of others. It is terrible, the way cost of living these days, people need a little extra money to help out.
