This company intentionally published an unpublished appeal opinion that we were involved with from their own point of view.
We contacted them on multiple occasions and begged to get it removed. Their writers did not publish their names but just wrote an article based on their own inept view and ideas which is very defamatory to us. They are irresponsible, rude and hang up the phone on multiple occasions when we called them.
They transfer you to multiple voicemails and never give you a straight answer and continue to transfer you to multiple dept. and long waits.
Please do NOT do business with this people, we were shamed, yelled at and spoken rudely to on the phone. These people are just irresponsible writers that interpret the judge's opinions as if they are god
boycott and avoid them. we will to report them to FTC, BBB and the District attorney’s office and copy/paste this report that is based on our opinion and our experiences with this company which has the WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE OBVIOUSLY!
