Over five years ago I leased a home with this compamy. Once the lease ended I went to retrieve my deposit from the main office located @ Metropolitan Main Offices 4500 North 32nd Street Suite 200 Cross Streets 32nd Street & Campbell
Phoenix, AZ. 85018 (602-912-9000). When I asked for my deposit I was told by Daisy Velasquez that I would get a call after the inspection. "I could understand that." So I left. I waited for over 2 weeks and still never got a called or reponded to my emails. So I called the office over and over left a number of messages with the receptionist, NO ONE NEVER CALLED BACK!!!

I went to thier office and they refused to give me my deposit back. When I asked why? They stated that they did not know and that "someone" would be giving me a call. That of course never happend. After a never ending argument with Daisy I then was so frausterated so I left.  As time moved on I wanted to hire an attorney but the fees exceeded the amount so I did what anyone eles would propobly do. "Have no choice but to take my losses."

5 years later after hard work of building my credit. The company has reported that I owe them nearly $2000.00.

Ive since have tried to contact them but still NO ONE WILL EVER RETURN CALLS!!!!

IM SURE THAT ONCE THIS POST GOES LIVE THEY WILL INDEED TO TRY TO CONTACT ME!

*** DO NOT DO BSUINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT THE HEADACHE****

If you ever had a similar problem -- not worth to hire an attorney to deal with your case -- you have another choice by taking them to a small claim court. The cost to file is minimal but you need to be prepared with all evidence/documents in order to prove your case. Of course, there is no attorney presenting your case for you but you alone.
