Complaint Review: metrorestyling

I made a purchase order for some wraps and was given a tracking number. After checking the tracking number online, it looks invalid. I contacted Mertoyestyling and someone named Hanna asked me to give her the tracking number.  Keep in mind i made a purchase order from them and they were supposed to give me a valid tracking number.

After replying to Hanna a few times and trying to tell her that she's the one who i supposed to give me a valid tracking number for my purchase order and not me having to provide her with a tracking number. her reply is the same " please send me a tracking number " 

Fifth email to her, I sent her the invalid tracking number they sent me. Hanna disappeared. No more reply, three more emails to Hanna and no reply. Hanna is nowhere to be found. I called the number they have online and left my number for someone to call me back, so far, no reply.
