Complaint Review: Metrowide Apartments

I am a resident at one of Metrowide's, Joshua Bruno,  properties. Do not rent from them. They will lie to you, build you up on false promises, and will not fix anything. And if you're thinking about doing work for him, don't. He will not pay you. 

I am truly fed up with Metrowide and I wish I could just up and move but that's easier said than done. I've had many problems in this place but the last one put the icing on the cake. I've been lied to/on, forced to overlook my rights, cheated, and harassed.

It has rained in my apartment for almost a year in every room with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom, there's mold that was covered with paint, floors falling in, and I'm sharing my apartment with the rats. I've called everyone from the City on down to the local council for my district and hadn't been able to get anyone to put a stop to this guy despite the news reports, numerous complaints on the internet, nor the many cases won against him. 

Joshua Bruno has even tried to evict myself and a few other neighbors with false allegations and his cases were dismissed due to what he was trying to do was found illegal by the judge. I really can't say too much as this may get back to Metrowide and who knows what trick he has up his sleeve next. I feel bad for the many people he has bamboozled and got away with it all because they were afraid. There are many people that are afraid to speak up out of fear of what he will try to do them. 

To those of you that are thinking about doing business with Joshua Bruno, don't. This is a warning.
