I had a very horrible experience with this company; in particluar Mr. Alain. In August 2014 I ordered via the internet a shock for my vehicle. When it was sent, it was the incorrect part after charging my credit card. When I received the part, I advised and sent pictures to him that it wa the wrong part and I sent back the incorrect part.

After this we had emails to and fro where I told him i want my credit card refunded with this cost. To my utter surprise and disgust, he advised that he cannot refund me my money! because it is a special order and that I would have credit in his store! All I wanted was my correct shock!

Up until April 2015 I still did not have my money refunded!!! I could not wait any longer and had to purchase this shock agaoin from another Company. I had to leave my country (Trinidad) and make a trip abroad to M Europarts to sort thisa out and onlky then did I get the correct shock, so I ended up with an extra shock on my hand.

Alain is very dishonest and knows NOTHING about business ethics. I will never recommend anyone to deal with this Company and I will NEVER go there again.
