Complaint Review: Mexican Vital Records

 I ordered my mothers birth certificate however when I got to the payment option I got a message that the order was received that I will be contacted in order to complete the transanction but it never allowed me to make payment.  I should have immediately picked up on that since I was not allowed to pay with a credit card.  As soon I got a call from a so called Federico he mentioned that he would try to locate her birth certificate.  He then called me again and said he located the certificate however he mentioned that we would have to send money through western union to a place in Zacatecas called Gefe de Actas and to put the name Amparo Gabriela Reyna Delgadillo.  When I called western union to track the $145 payment I mentioned Mexican Vital Records and they immediately told me that I was a victim of fraud.  Please do not fall for this scam like I did.  I should have checked for the company's reviews but it seemed so real.
