Hi my name is Sharae ****. I am a very upset customer. I purchased 2 packages( for 4 adults) from your company on 11-7-11 and 11-9-11 for 4days 3 nights in mexico. I was then told to contact Mexico VIP Holidays for the rest of the payments and to book trip which was suppose to inc 2 roundtrip airline tickets. Pls note I have paid both packages off since december and have not been able to get any avail dates for trip as well as airfare.

Per Armando Peralta (General manager) 866-349-8493 aperalta@mexicovipholidays.com who informed my that the only airline that they use (Mexicana airlines) is bankrupkt and they have no way to get me to my desination. They offered me 5days 4 nights and I would have to pay for airfare but that is not what I purchased from YOUR company.

Please help me out I have already contacted the BBB as well as a lawyer because I can not get a refund from Mexico VIP Holidays. I am not sure if your company is aware this is happening with this Mexican company but I have given them $1384.00 for this trip and have gotten nothing in return. Please advise. My name is Sharae ****(((redacted))) and I have all recipets showing that everything is paid and emails for MexicoVIP holidays showing the will not help me.
