Libby, I am sorry that you felt it was necessary to report this information on this site. I have pulled your file and in response to your complaint we do not accept credit card payments here so the information your debtor has supplied you with is incorrect. I do apologize for you having any issues with Kimberly but the best way to address this and have it handled properly would be to contact upper management so it can be handled to benefit yourself and out business.

your post is quite entertaining. All businesses have a book keeper and accounts receivable, if we did not you would have never received a paycheck from working for our firm.

It's sad but it's true! ^^^^^ you are 99% correct about everything that you said about this one company with several different names. The other 1% is a down right lie because they have NO account recievables, neither do they have any bookkeeper(s). These people, Kimberly Smith, Donna White, Bill, Enrico Pace and all the others that wrk for them will tell you whatever they think they can to get you off their phone lines once they've recieved your money.

The most dispicable thing about it, is the LIE they tell from the jump. These people tell you that they don't get paid until they collect your money first, as if their some sort of LAW FIRM,they collect your money and then you never hear from them again.

We as consumers, are part to blame as well! We are in 2013 you guys, we as people have to be a little smarter with who we are trusting our information with. Seriously you people are trusting these guys with big bucks $30,000 accounts and never seeing a penny of your money. Take the risk of getting you a lawyer and go get your own money! 

I was called by a lady named Donna Onate (954) 435-0543 (954) 533-4904 from "Chase, Cohen & Associates" in July of 2011 to see if my company had any uncollected accounts receivables. I told her I only had a really small one and she said it didn't matter how small, that they would collect and charge me only 1/3. 

To make a long story short, I found out that they had collected the amount on a credit card, but they never sent me any part of the money.  In the mean time their name changed on their letter head to "Meyers, Marrocco & Associates" with same address 2880 W Oakland Park Blvd, suite 100, Fort Lauderdale, Fl  33311.

On 3/19/12 I found out from the unpaid account that they actually had paid the balance in full with a credit card.

On 3/29/12 I spoke to a rude lady named Kimberly at "Meyers, Marrocco & Associates" that said they did collect and did not know when they were sending me my part, then she just hung up on me.

On 9/10/12 I called and spoke to a Jack Marshal (954) 533-4904 and he said he would give it their accounts payable department

On 1/18/13 I called (everytime I call they answer with a different business name) and asked for Jack Marshal and this time he said he would give to book keeper at 11am when she gets in.

On 1/18/13 at 3:20pm Kimberly calls me back from (954) 717-4111 and tells me that they are going through hard times and she doens't know when she will be sending the money.  I then tell her that it's a crime to collect and not pay, specially when we have proof it was paid on a credit card.

They are also associated with "Baxter, Mitchell & Associates, Inc." (inactive Florida corporation)

They are also associated with "Success Resource Group, Inc." (acitve florida corporation) with a registered agent "ER Pace" and President is "A.M. Gilder-Pace" with an employer identification #65-0926400.

They are also associated with "Morgan, Chase & Associates, Inc." (active Florida Corporation) with a President Enrico Pace and A.M. Gilder-Pace as VP & Director with an employer identification #45-2557851. The acitive address is 2880 W Oakland Park Blvd, suite #114, Fort Lauderdale, Fl  33311.

The principal owner's in all of these companies are Enrico A. Pace and A.M. Gilder-Pace.

All u Rico a** kissers... I wrk for the company and it is too a total rip off thats exactly why they cant get repeat business.... every single client is a new client bc everyone is ripped off unless they threaten to take Rico's a*** to court! Dnt trust this company or any other companies unless you investigate.

I know for a matter of fact that Meyers,Marrocco& Associates is not a rip off, common logic should tell you with no information given they can't collect s**t from anybody. Please don't believe somebody that was to stupid to hold a job there as to what they are saying, people that actually use us DO get paid....

I happen to work for Meyers, Morracco and Assoc. and I am sorry that you feel that you got ripped off, but not everyone likes collection agencies. No matter what business you are in, not everyone is going to like you or think that you do the best job around. I have been working in this field for 18 years and yes, I have unfortunately found 2 companies that didn't pay their clients. Needless to say, they are not in business anymore.  The agencies here in Florida are governed by the Banking and Finance Commission which is the same govt. agency that governs all the banks in Florida. If they saw that Rico was  doing wrong and too many complaints against him, they would investigate and probably close him down like they did many others here in Florida. Where there used to be say around 20 of third party business to business collection agencies there are about 3 left with doors open and doing business. They must be doing right if still in business. Before I came to work for the company, I went on the internet and did my own investigation of them and was satisfied enough to go to work for them. I am not an employee, but a contractor and have not found anything so far to make me uncomfortable about working there. Rico is a good fair boss and would bend over to help anybody he can...He pays his clients because he wants repeat business and has built up quite a following in clients. As a matter of fact, he has been hiring a lot of new people and has taken 2 new offices in the bldg. to handle all the business he has. He is one of the companies that is still in business because he does right for his clients. I could go on, but enough said....You are the only one complaining about him and when I checked the BBB, they had only 2 complaints, which is great for a business. So sorry you feel that you got ripped off..your paper was probably uncollectable to start.
