The company quoted me a inventory list for moving.then came to my home and over estimate my bid tremendously to something that i definitely couldnt afford then charged my credit card a deposit fee of $250.00 i explained to them exactly what i had. then the guy tony who works there didnt put all the stuff i had on there purpose so that they could change the bid once they came. there are companies like this that assume that because people are moving long distance when they arrive there they are just going to go with the flow. this comany lied, mislead, argued with me and stole my deposit of 250.00 due to their mistake. they rip off people all the time. please dont book this company for your move they are unprofessional and unethical.

Kelly was required to give a detailed list of the items she wanted to move. The rate to move the itemized list was agreed by both parties and was secured with a 250.00 deposit. When we arrived to the location, Kelly stated that she also had a storage unit filled with additional items not on the original list. We agreed to accommodate her additional items with an additional fee that Kelly refused to pay. Tony had explained on the original conversation, at the time of booking and at the time the deposit was paid, that the price would not change if the items moved were the items on the list.

This is also explained in detail on all the paperwork Kelly received throughout the transaction. She refused to be reasonable; she cancelled the entire move and forfeited her deposit. Meyers paid for a truck and 3 men to do a contracted move and Kelly is complaining about forfeiting her 250.00 deposit. OUR EMPLOYEES AND THE COST OF DRIVING A LARGE TRUCK TO THE DESTINATION WAS PAID OUT OF MEYERS POCKETS EVEN WHEN THE MOVE WAS CANCELLED!! $250.00 DID NOT COVER THE EXPENSE OF THIS TRIP, MEYERS LOST MONEY. MEYERS IS THE VICTOM HERE NOT KELLY!! It is a shame that with all the wonderful things that the internet gives us today that there is always going to be the people who want everything without paying for it.

When they cannot get what they want for free the cry out in their loudest voice "I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF, I AM THE VICTOM!!" Just because you complain on a complaint web site does not mean that any of the information is verified. This is a case of deformation of character!!
