I was sent a email on my Iphone to recieve a 25$ gift card on Dominos Pizza products. After I took the survey. Upon doing so after almost an hour. I got through the process. I was given a confirmation number of (Ap9QGN26f7fc). Then I was sent to a page asking for my Name, Address, Phone Number. As I tried to fill out the form. The form doesnt allow you to fill it out. to confirm your 25$ gift card. So I new something wasnt right with this Company. Did not give them any personal info. just wanted tell all who are seeing this website. Do Not Use
