Complaint Review: MG3 Developer Group LLC HOLLYWOOD FL

This people is very tricky they use their power of representation to ripp people money off based on disconnection,

since this matter began they did not answer phone calls, I have documented every claim from the day #45 after I vacate the property when 15 days already passed from their agreement to refund security deposit(30 days), then after excuses like: We sorry but owner was out of country and appologies for delays...they came out with a bill showing expensives deductions, for suposed damages wich end uo costing me almost 50% of the amount deposited, if that would be true, which is not, the were suposed to send me a letter notifing me about the repair during the first 10 days after the walk thru inspection. I sent a formal email inviting to straigt out this situation but they didnt answer, I contact my company attorney with this matter and he offer to me to write dawn a formal certified letter with a formal claim for the deposit in the next calendary days but, nothing. Off course we will file a law suit now, just because this kind of actions are unacceptables is also because somebody have to do something to stop this people, does not matter if I spend every penny of the security deposit with the attorney, I will enjoy to do that till I hear the Judge punishing this people for their actions.
