I am frustrated beyond words...
My loan was sold off from Homecomings to Ocwen, and now MGC...the worst I have ever dealt with. Their cuctomer service is awful...and more recently completely non-existent. I can't even get a human being on the line from their main number!!! I have been trying to get a loan modification for over a year now. The first package was sent on Mar 2009...I got the package mailed out..waited..waited..nothing! Finally called and was told they "lost" my packet...WHAT!!! My personal information and SS# apparently LOST!!! So I sent another packet in July...heard nothing back until Sept. A single phone call saying that they were sending a market appraiser out...which they did in Oct 2009...and I have been trying to get ahold of someone ever since and cannot get a person to answer their phones or I get shuffled and get NO call back. I have NEVER ever received a statement from them in over a year...what is with this company!!!??? They keep adjusting my ARM loan...I am up to 9.99% with room to increase. They upped my rate in Dec 2009...when they were supposed to be HELPING me!!! After reading many complaints on here and on other complaint boards....this company is obviously giving others the same "special" treatment. I have no doubt they are getting their government "assistance" for pretending to be "helpful" to people needing to modify their loans...this company is breaking family dreams, and I doubt they care.

Matters not...contract is phony. Beal and minions (you are one of those henchman --a weasly one at that)--who covers for this modern day baron crook who hires those to fabricate documents which are submitted into governmental offices and courts and deemed as genuine. You simply are paid to cover his criminality including securities fraud, laundering, false claims, tax evasion, rackateering, and malicious abuse of process. Contract is NULL and VOID. Your slip is showing Jim Chambliss. -----badly. Go find J. Pat Heptig (the PATENT attorney of Valorem law) and get him to write a letter. He will never shut us all up. ---and will run out of ink. Going down. Hide and watch!

Please dont waste anymore time on these 6 people in a office in Plano TX go to complaint board and get the information you need to help yourself. Please don't let them take your house because you did not go to court or you did not pay attention to some letter that they did probably did not send anyway. Please understand that a remod does not stop foreclosurer! MGC Mortgage does not do re-mod they don't come under the afford home act that they president put together this is why they so-call lose your packet over and over again....please help yourself if you don't then you don't want your home best wishes
