Complaint Review: MGE Co.

I submitted all required info and documents for $10 rebate on 4/14/06, including Rebate Receipt, Original Invoice, rebate form completely filled in, Mail-In receipt, Original UPC bar code, and sent all in on same day of purchase date on receipt. In other words, I "dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's" and jumped through ALL their stupid hoops to get the ten bucks.

Terms and conditions state "Process Time will be 12 weeks after promotion period ended."

No rebate received to date (9/17/06), and company refuses to send rebate despite repeated demands beginning 8/16/06. Co. Website claims "Rebate Status Not Found."

These people are apparently professional scam artists. Web search turns up hundreds of other victims with essentially same complaint as mine.
