Mgicjack One year warranty includes nothing Tempa or Orlando, Internet

Well, magicjack really doesn't fit in any category because it is not really a phone company or internet provider. It is a magnificent invention but the service and promises, watch it. Customer service staff don't no what they are doing and you, customer are stuck. You pay for a year service and warranty, but, you get nothing for your money, but, the privilege to spend many hours on the phone with untrained, uneducated and dumb service providers. So, when you pay for the one two or five years warranty, you get nothing more than for one year, and even that not. When your device doesn't work, when your calls sound as if you talk from under the ocean, or as if you stutter, pay the S+H all together $16.00, this includes all kinds of charges. To buy a new device $20.00.
So, where is the warranty and what does it include? The device weighs about 1/8 of and ounce, so, why would shipping cost $16 from Tampa to Ft. Lauderdale Florida?
And why don't they train their customer service reps, the top 10% specialists to know what they are doing? Be prepared that when your MagicJack does not work, to spend 2-3 or even more days, to get to the zero results as I have.
It is a great idea but, the service is the worst. It may not be a lot of money, but it sure is a lot of frustration when a company collects their fees for zero service or bad merchandise.
