Complaint Review: MGR Freight Systems

 More and more these thirsty companies rise up on the backs of their drivers. Giving less and demanding more from great drivers, but this one takes the cake! MGR Freight Systems/RD Expedite have blood ties to Compass Truck Rentals and together they scam drivers outta their money thru a lease program. The lease purchase is just as shitty, but if you make it, I guess you get the truck, if not, they get the truck back and keep all your payments! I leased a 2015 Freightliner in Jan 2015, drove for two weeks made $2k, then... The truck broke down. I quickly realized how own my own I was, basically stranded. After being down for 2 weeks, I took one load and the truck broke down again. This time for 4 and 1/2 weeks... I'm arranging hotels and travel with ALL OF THIS( not to mention all meals) coming out of my pocket. I tried again and got almost two weeks and down again. Twelve weeks, with no paycheck and I was grossing over $5k per week? 88%of the load ain't squat when there's nothing left for you after they take whatever you make, every week and blame it on expenses? When you're lazy, or turning down freight, sure, but not a 15yr. Veteran in Trucking and hard worker.

Me and my family didn't deserve this, such a waste of all of our time. I don't have time to pursue them legally, but I hope this will save an honest Trucker, that is taking care of his family, from suffering financially from THESE greedy MGR/RD Expedited a*******.
