MGR Solutions took my money Houston Texas
My husband and I were/are looking to buy a home but don't have good enough credit to get 100% financing. So in October of 2006 I was searching the internet for some assistance. The first web site that popped up on my search was MGR soulitions.
I checked it out, filled out the info on the website, and the very next day I got a call from a lady named "Wendy". She was VERY persistant in getting me to send in the $449.00 for the information package. After talking to my husband and telling him everything Wendy had told me, we decided to go ahead with it. We sent in the money and about 4 weeks later we received the package to fill out...It was pretty much the same information I filled out on the internet!
I sent the package back to them on December 1, 2006. they had told me that we should be hearing something 8-12 weeks after they received the package from me. Those 12 weeks have come and gone (it has now been 19 weeks)
I call them every week and get the same answers..."looks like it's right around the corner. If you don't recieve information by (this day) call us back and we'll find out what is going on". Finally I called them a week ago today, and Sean Dickson said that I should receive a call from Steve By Wednesday the 4th of April.
Today is the 5th of April and still no call. When I called this morning I got the Voicemail message to call back during regular business hours. I will be calling them every hour on the hour and updating this site with the results.

I was shocked to see MGR Solutions listed on this site. In January my friend Jordon and his wife recieved a government grant with the help of MGR Solutions for 35k to start his mobile bussiness. He gave thier information to myself and another friend named Ali. Ali completed the packet and was denied. As per the contract, MGR filed for him a 2nd time. He just recieved a letter a few weeks ago saying that the government grants for the part of Florida we live in are being used right now for bussinesses that are intended for hurricane preparedness or relief. So they are filing for him again as per the contract for a grant to open the same type of business in another state.
My fiancee and I also contracted MGR Solutions. We have submitted our package and are waiting to recieve another, because the business we want to start does not have anything to do with hurricanes, but are confident that if we get three denials we will have our money returned to us.
Ali is on his third submit, so if he gets denied I will send an update to let you know whether or not he got his money back. And I will also update if I either get a grant or a refund.
