Hi Judith Kashyap- owner / landlord of 2100 Bay Street in San Francisco. It’s really sad to see you post this. I know you’re probably super embarrassed that I won my lawsuit against you for withholding my security deposit, but doesn’t someone pushing 50 have something better to do with their life? Also I took a screen shot of this entire page and contacted my lawyer.
I’m not afraid to go head to head with you again and take you to court for slander and defamation of character. The choice is yours. Be a decent human for once and give people their deposits back. Don’t take them so you can redo the apartments and price gauge. happy to take this offline if you need to vent your embarrassment/ frustration.
on’t forget about 20+ page presentation of the before and after photos of the unit showing it was pretty much exactly how I moved in that helped me win my case against you in the first place :)
