Complaint Review: Mia Jenson Administrative Manager of cardetailing.com

I bought a Platium package for my new to me 2011 Subaru Outback, After shampooing the seats and carpets you can still see brown paw prints in the dark blue cloth, the drivers floor has the white residue from road salt all around the floor mat.couldnt see it when they were wet. I believe he hit them, I just dont believe it was hit with soap. Spot cleaning the headliner wasnt touched, door jams half done,I took a rag and was wiping the door jams while talking with the detailer before he finished, popped hood to check engine compartment, detiler says he power washed the engine, there was no wipe down of plastic, he power washed the body, NOT hand washed, no wax at all, you can see the dust drop where it dried on the car no hand dry, rims 25% cleaner then they were, still covered in brake dust and road grime,power wash not going to get it done, cu holders dirty, ignition switch has red lint and dirt around plastic that holds switch, you can tell where the window sets up in the track of the door, when i rolled down all four windows theres a half inch line of dirt on every window that wasnt rolled down to clean, protective coating on all exterior plastic parts, NOT protected by anything but mother nature herself and theres alot of plastic on the out side of this Subaru,plastic still dull dusty looking black, armoral would fix that,  clay bar to remove contaminents NOPE. This was the first visit, I called and complained they said they would send him back to finish the job and I should have pointed out all the things that were not completed. I HAVE A SUGGESTION how about sending out a detailer with the package info on a check list to make sure it all gets done.I know it may be my job but arnt I paying you 219.00 for a detaling not babysitting job. SECOUND visit, nothing done to the inside of car. Rims 65^% cleaner. This is what floors me and im not a detailer of any sort, I live by a gravel road. 6 days after his first visit the detailer came back took a white cream put it on a buffing mybe polishing wheel it was electric, not hand waxed. Off to town he goes making the car look a hell of alot shinnier then it was. Heres my question? Is it ok to take all the dust that was on my car and buff it in. My dad says always on a clean surface not dirty surfaces. Now you can rub the surface of my car and it feels gritty maybe sandy to the touch. WAIT the best part , the top of the car was never touched.Icant make this stuff up, the roof s completly covered in dust still. I called back and offered to drive my car to another detailer they use in ohio to check the work done on my ride to tell them if it was up to par. or just a s**+'';y job, they didnt get back to me for 3 days, after 48 hours of no communication the case is closed. I have a flip phone so pictures sent to them were crap. I hope someone does take cardetailing .com to court cause they have all these great reviews on there website and satisfaction guarantee unless u r not satisfied.
