The time of closing was set. The owner came in from out of town signed the papers that morning. We were to sign our part at 3:00 that afternoon. We were called shortly afternoon and told that something came up and we would have to sign a day or two later. No explainations....no one would take or answer my calls. We resided in the house. Real Estate Company started showing the house from the curb and alley. We were forced to move still not knowing why. We were advised by our attorney to place a lien on the property for the work and improvements we had made.

The house was sold by the Real Estate Company. The new buyers were given a clear title to the property and title insurance. We still hold a lien on this property. Once again no one is returning our calls. We were ripped off when we were not allowed to finalize the paperwork at closing and we have been ripped off by not having our lien honored when the property was sold. Still battling with this company since 2002.
