Miami Rage Paintball - Owner Art Bought a $700 paintball gun he put in a screw to tight which lead to the gun breaking. He refuses to repair Miami Florida
I bought a NXT Shocker paintball marker ($700) and a grip($25) for it from this store owner 12/25/06. When he installed the grip he screwed in one of the screws into the gun's board which led to it later breaking. I only used this gun 3 times and it was never opened up to replace a battery or anything like that.
When i went to go use it the fourth time 11/16/07 it would not turn on nor would it shoot. I dropped it off 11/23/07 for them to repair, the owner later calls me telling me it was me who did it and being very rude. He told me to pick up the gun the next day that it was not his problem. Refusing to talk to me, he hung up the phone on me 3 consecutive times. The gun remains unrepaired even though I have receipt for the gun and a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer.
