Miami Rolls, Annabell "Owner" Took money from credit card without authorization Miami Florida
My daughter, her husband and I rented a rolls royce and limosine for a wedding on 8/2/08. I paid for the limosine and my daughter and her husband paid for the rolls. The limo was for 3 hours and the rolls was for a pick up and drop off twice that day.
Initially, we were told that the cost would be $500 for the rolls including tax and tip. We ended up paying $600.00 she changed the cost.
Our function lasted longer than we booked for. At the church, the rolls person demanded $195 or he was going to leave. We booked him from 12 pm to 1 pm. He said this to the wedding planner at 12:15 pm. We paid him via credit card at this time.
The rolls and limo got to the reception site at 1:45 pm. The limo driver never said anything to us about an extra fee. I never got a call from the company about a extra fee.
On 8/7/08, my daughter's husband checked his bank account and found that $120 had been deducted. We immediately called Miami Rolls and Annabell said she could not get in contact with me. She was not able to leave a message. I know this is a lie because she has my work #, my home # and my cell #. She just charged his card. I paid for the limo, not my daughter's husband. His card should have never been charged. I take offense to anyone who uses a credit card without prior authorization. I know times are hard but this is ridiculous.
My advise to anyone booking with this company or any limo company, do not use a credit card that can be charged after the function. Use a prepaid credit card. They WILL charge your card without hesitation and ask questions later.
We are contesting this charge with the credit card company and her fee is being sent to her via mail with a money order from me.
