This is another concert scam story that cost me BIG money. I don't know if I ever see my investment money again. I thought RE Scam was common until I got burnt by another concert promotion deals. Apparently they got me BIG this time. I want to send this message out so they wont get another victim. They lured me into promote a concert in Florida and VA by promising 50/50 split profit. I sent them the money until now I never enjoyed a concert. When I request my money back; they refused. They placed ads in LA times as follow:
Concert Promoter Seeks silent investor for national concerts (561) 337-8965
MAD Productions INC in Royal Palm Beach, Florida
Miami Seven Events in Chesapeake, VA

I got burnt by Pinnacle Development and got burnt the second times; I guess I am really foolish to play this kind of investment game. I am still in the process of seeking help from my legal advisor in hoping to recover my hard earned money.

Clarence Neely (VP of Kis Media and Miami Seven Events) failed to make further good faith payment again.

Clarence Neely (VP of Kis Media & Miami 7 Events) and I agreed (by mediation) that Mr. Neely will repay the $20,000 in $500 installments beginning Feb. 21, 2008 by depositing that amount in my Wachovia bank account. The $500 payments will be deposited every other week until the entire amount is repaid. Mr. Neely has the option of paying in full at any time following Feb. 21, 2008. Clarence Neely did make payments with less than $500 biweekly for couple months until late October 2008; he failed to make further payments.

I would like Mr. Neely to repay the remaining of $17,510 in $500 biweekly. Below are the transactions made for the pass few months and he stopped the further good faith payments last month. Date Paid Amount 20-Feb-08 $300.00 07-Mar-08 $150.00 21-Mar-08 $200.00 04-Apr-08 $150.00 18-Apr-08 $120.00 03-May-08 $200.00 17-May-08 $200.00 31-May-08 $150.00 14-Jun-08 $120.00 27-Jun-08 $250.00 19-Jul-08 $150.00 16-Aug-08 $350.00 09-Sep-08 $150.00 TOTAL PAID: $2,490.00 PRINCIPAL: $20,000.00 BALANCE DUE: $17,510.00

Please help.

I thought all of my investment money were never be recovered. Afterall, Miami Seven Events is in the process of paying me back few hundred twice a month. I hope Miami Seven Events will pay all of my investment back at the later date. So far, I got paid back only 7% of my total lost and I hope I will get pay a little more each time and pay me off all my money in short period of time. Overall, I am a little happy to what I got so far and hope to get all back very shortly.

I will continue to update this report as soon as I got paid in full.

Im so sorry to hear what happen to the person that did business with Miami Seven Events. I happen to do business with them, the concert didnt make any money but they did a great job producing the concert.

They actually help me get as much as my investment back as possible. Maybe youre just not communicating with them like you should.
