In Febuary of 2006 I signed up with Micfo.com. I prepaid 6 months in advance. I was using the Micfo.com resellers account.

Constant service outages, I've spent more time on the phone trying to get my websites back up than I've has time spend marketing my products.

They garuntee a 99.9 percent up time... They promise to provide a whole month free if their network drops. They do not honor their sales pitches. I have never recieved a free month from Micfo.com yet and I've had no less that 12 issues and service outages a month, and I'm hostin 30 + business accounts...

Their accounting software is not kept up to date and they often try to scim you on accounting such as the following.

I was prepaid till 11/06 I told them that I would be leaving their company 9/26/2006. They refunded $25 to my account. Laughable. Leaving $25 to $50 unaccounted for.

Their support line is a VOIP connection to a forgein country where they tech people barely speak english and have trouble comprehending written english, and the hold tones are so high pitch that it makes you want to hang up lol. It's like listening to a freaky door bell with your ear to the speaker box.

Please avoid this company you'll do yourself a favor.
