Dear Anonymous Poster: Please check your fee agreement. That is, if you even kept the copy that I always review with you and provide a copy of. Based on your post, it sounds like you were in a chapter 13 bankruptcy case, where I bill by the hour, and ask for a retainer of $1,000, plus the filing fee of $274.
So, it sounds like I did a lot of work in your bankruptcy case above and beyond the retainer amount. And, if I was asking for any amount after your case was over, that means you never paid me in full in your bankruptcy case. Question: Did you EVER pay me for all the work I did? It doesn't sound like you did--which means YOU ripped ME off!
How come you didn't just call me to discuss your account? I'm shocked that you would post slime like this without having the guts to discuss this with me over the phone. And to boot, you posted this anonymously, too. Stay classy!
