the people he ripped off, was a disable child and father, that are now trapped in an apartment, due to his lies, in my opinion
the judges, made the wrong decision, texas law is suppose to recongnized verbal and written contracts, and supposed to hear all
wittness or either side, and review all documents, presented, and hear all testomies from both sides, and make a decision, and both
parties in the deput are supposed to be notified of any changes, once a docket is set both parties are supposed to be notified, if a party has not
been properly notified, and the judge hears the case, he is supposed to remove him self from the case all togather, he did not, an no judge is
supposed to call someone out of name, and defendant should not make the final decesion, so in this kangaroo court the uncertified mobil
mechanic gets a free car, free parts, free cash, stolen manuals, and lies he told, and not even being held accountable for any of it he was
rewarded, plaintif got nothing but a lesson ,there no laws to hold scammer accountable for there actions, once a mobil mechanic separates
the car from it's owner there nothing the owner can do, even when the mechanic changes the term and condition to suit them selves
no matter who they may hurt, ex- senators they are placed in jp court because they don't have health insurance, has no place behind the
bench, and judges that heard a case, still hears the case even thow he knew the plaintif was not properly notified by defend of changes
does not belong behind the bench either, since we don't have a car anymore, my goal is to get new laws passed, and put every mobil
mechanic out of business and make sure there are no more victims, and i take partial blame because i trusted someone who lied to us
from the start. do not trust mobil mechanics, take your car to a service center you may pay more but won't lose your car to a scammer

As of october 2014, I was no longer a victim, and my daughter was no longer a victim, I have said alot, and took no action for serval reasons, 1 no one listened, no one cared, and i don't look good in stripes but I did, I keeped the faith, the 1991 toyota mr2 turbo ttop was replaced now in garage, the other mr2 where abouts unknown and has been forgotten, but will remain a blackeye on all mobil mechanics in the state of texas, I am old school, when you make an agreement, weather its a oral or Verbal or written down you keep the agreement, your word is your bond , today world that means nothing, when tell the judge the truth the judge should listen No matter how long it takes, when a judge say he has heard the case he needs to excuse him self from the case so both parties could be heard fairly, and the judge should made all the ddecisions not the defendant, last once a court date has been established, it should not be changed by either party, all parties must be notified of all changes, in my case I was not , lesson here is don't trust mobil mechanics, and don't trust the system it does not work, I know look at people a different way now, my gaol is to raise my voice, and put all mobil mechanic out of business, and get new laws, to protect consumers, spend the extra money Take your car to a dealer, save your self from scammers, 4 eyed judges with canes, and a broke down hearing aid, and save your self from losing your vehicle And your parts that you purchased with your hard earned money , and cash, what the scammer will do is claim all for him self change the court date, don't notify the other party, and than your left looking like a dummy, and you lose it all, I live it so be ware of smooth talking maks mobil autorepair owner michael a kristoff, he burned us good and I still smell the burn marks but now fading away, bye bye bye, I will not be his victim anymore, chapter closed, new laws will Put him out of business forever.

out of the darkness into the light, and prayer, after a long search, and several turn downs, and disappointments, i stayed the course, and kept my anger and revenge inside of my self but it still showed, if was not for a few good people and my daughter who keep me grounded, and i am not rich by any means, but a bank in my fair city gave us a loan to purchase a toyota mr2 turbo 1991 to replace the one the mobil mechanic stole and lied on and excepted money and parts on inwhich he never purchased, and lied to police, i hope this marks him i would not recommend michael a kristoff to any one after this experience he is now a thing of the pass and will be forgotten, we are now putting all the things from the last mr2 into the replacement , i wanted to share this with the public he made a bad choice to steal a customer vehicle and i made a good choice and left him alone, not very popular other might say, texas needs more laws to protect consumers againist mobil mechanics, and hold them accountable for there actions, and the justice system needs to listen to the consumer, and the police department needs to open there ears, a theft ring is under there noses because tbere are no laws once the car is separated from the unsuspected customer, that did not see it coming, i was a fool, and i was burned for it, but the car has been replaced, and my daughter is happy because the car is for her as a passenger she is disable, this is a true story.
