Michael Anthony Duenas poses mainly as a fence contractor among his many contractual services. He posts very heavily on Craigslist. His criminal history is simply huge. I can provide you a background check and a binder full of information. .
He advertises free estimates, and will quote you a great deal on whatever you need done. However, he will ask you to provide cash or make a check out to him personally (not his company), for materials up-front. You will never see him again. He will occassionally answer your calls or emails and tell you he's working on getting to your project. He will then have heat stroke, the crew will quit on him, yada yada. The excuses go on. You will ask for your money back. He'll say there's complications with getting some refund on his credit card.
The reason I know your story is that it has happened to me in the amount of $1810. I wrote a review with my contact information once I discovered that his business was a scam. Since then I have assisted dozens of people prosecute him. He just posted bail and is out of jail as of April 2012. He just served about 5 months, and went right back to what he's been doing for years. The reason I know this is that my phone has rung a couple times a week with calls about him, complaining that they gave him money to do fence work and have never seen him again. .
Please give me a call if you have been a victim and I will provide you all information on what you need to do. I am putting as much pressure as I can on the courts and the Denton City Courthouse DA to help give him a longer sentence then 5 months for tons of deceptive trade practice and theft felony misdemeanors.

Sat this morning June 19, 2012 in Criminal Court #4 in Denton County waiting to hear Mike'Duenas' plea in his Plea Hearing. After waiting a bit I decided to see if he was a "no show" as he typically is. Ran into his attorney and he signed a Pass Slip which postponed his Plea Hearing to August. Just like him to weasle out of his responsibilities that he says he fulfills through the courts.
Don't be afraid to file criminal charges against him in addition to any civil case in your county. Worked for me!! Also request that your report be forwarded to the DA and Texas Attorney General. Those passed on reports is what has him in the courts again for deceptive trade practices. This guy is a perpetual scammer. His buddy Jamey Carter (maybe a "loose Brother-In-Law) is just letting him take the fall for all that the two have scammed from their customers through: Complete Fence, Dallas Fence and Decks, Cowboy Fence . . . .and who knows what else.
I guess he will keep getting out as long as momma writes the checks for bail and fines. . . . . . .
But REALLY - Get your Money Back . . . . . . . File criminal charges after you file your Civil Case.

Hello- to all that read, this is Michael Duenas owner operator of Complete Fence. I am here to confront MR. David Dorsett. I did fall ill and have had few people take me to court- and Im good with that- I will own my mistakes and will pay people back monies owed thru the courts. God Bless our Justice system and I am compling to make EVERYTHING ok.
Now I think this Mr. Dorsett guy (who has all ready been addressed thru our courts) has Homosexual feelings for me, thats why he will not leave me alone- Ive had many online postings with him posting my picture (where ever and however ) he gets them from I do not know- I keep getting e-mails and text from him. I am now fearful he may come after me physically !!
