Michael Bach of Drezden Capital, located in Atlanta Georgia propurts himself and his company as investment bankers, private equity, securities dealers. First it is all bogus, he is phishing for you bank account routing number and you account number on the gise of buying your company and then wiring you money. He gets your account info and then watch out. He creates false agreements of sale and nevers settles. Second he is NOT licensed to do investment bankong. On the buyers side he takes fee and doesnot deliver. He also mybe running a Ponzi scheme.

Michael Bach is a con-man whom have made a living off of other people's money and trust. He can be tracked back to Virginia in which he was arrested, charged and convicted of theft by deception, obtaining money under false pretenses and a numerous of other charges. The Sterling family suffered dearly behind this creep. He is now living in Atlanta, Ga and he is still up to his old tricks. He has deceived companies, as well as indiviudals. He talks a big game, wears decent suits, drives fancy cars and spends lots of cash. He has companies under the names of Drezden Capital Advisors and according to his linkedin account, Scirage Captial Partners LLC. where he claims to be a fund manager.

To make all of this go away, he has petitoned the Fulton County Court in Atlanta, Ga to change his name to Michaal Conrad Bach. Be careful of this individual and his tactics to gain access to your money.
