Michael Ballanger has started promoting the stock of Western Uranium and Vanadium, and has been publishing numerous articles attesting to the investment merit in the company. I bout the stock at of $2, but after it fell precipitously I did more research on this fraud and conman and found he has been convicted of various frauds and has been barred from the securities industry in Canada.
He originally started out as a broker at Richardson GMP, but was fired and kicked out of the industry for various fraudulant activities while promoting the stock of Tinka Resources where he held the position of Chairman of the Advisory Board. He also has held the same position at Western Uranium and Vanadium, and he is now attempting the same pump and dump scheme with this company.
While promoting the stock, he has a substantial holding and is profiting on his promotion while luring invesors like myself to which he can unload his shares at a huge premium. Although his recent conviction ruling stated that ""The Respondent is 65 years old and has indicated that he does not intend to return to the investment industry," his crimminal activities are still being perpetrated.
I advise anyone who has read his articles to divest their positions because clearly he is a sham and fraudulant conman.
